Seguro que habéis visto estos bikinis de neopreno en más de alguna blogger o modelo. Yo los conocí por instagram: TRIANGL SWIMWEAR. Son increibles. Me encanta la forma, el tejido y los colores. Además se adaptan genial al cuerpo. Totalmente encantada estoy con el mío en color mint!

I'm sure you have seen these bikinis of neoprene in more than one blogger or model. I knew them through instagram: TRIANGL SWIMWEAR. They are amazing. I love the form, the textile and the colors. Also they adapt themselves brilliantly to the body. Totally delighted with mine in mint color!

WORKOUT ROUTINE 1

No sé si os pasará como a mí, que en época de vacaciones no podemos acudir de manera frecuente al gimnasio, por lo que hay que recurrir a una serie de ejercicios bastante básicos para poder realizar en casa o al aire libre. Hoy os traigo un post diferente y os enseño una rutina de las que realizo a menudo.

Vamos a realizar un circuito muy básico y genérico de 10 ejercicios que repetiremos en tres series. El descanso entre ejercicio y ejercicio debería ser de unos 45 segundos. Recordad realizar un calentamiento previo de 5 a 10 minutos corriendo a ritmo tranquilo y finalizar con unos estiramientos generales. 

I don't know if it happens to you as it happens to me that during the holidays we can not go regularly to the gym, so we have to plan a series of basic exercises to perform at home or outdoors. Today I bring you a different post and I teach a workout routine that I use to do at home.

We are going to make a very basic and generic circuit of 10 exercises that we will repeat in three series. Rest between exercise and exercise should be about 45 seconds. Remember to perform a warm up for 5 to 10 minutes running quiet rhythm and conclude with some general stretching.

1. SQUATS

Empezamos de pie, con las piernas abiertas a una distancia igual al ancho de nuestros hombros y realizamos una sentadilla, flexionado las rodillas.

Con ello trabajaremos cuádriceps y glúteos.

Realizar 10 sentadillas.

CAMISETAS VIDA // VIDA T-SHIRTS

Hola a todos! 

Resulta que una conocida mía tomó la decisión hace tiempo de crear un proyecto mediante una de sus pasiones: dibujar. Plasmó ese hobby que tenía desde pequeña en una serie de camisetas con ilustraciones de chicas que no muestran la cara, con la idea de que todas nosotras, de alguna manera, podamos identificarnos en ellas y en las posibles emociones que podamos sentir. Se trata de una serie de camisetas que transmiten mucha dulzura, naturalidad y alegría! De ahí el nombre de su proyecto: "Vida", es decir, naturalidad, alegría, optimismo, frescura...!

Lo mejor de todo esto es que con los beneficios de las camisetas, se colabora con el proyecto que lleva a cabo la FUNDACIÓN ROTARIA para erradicar la Polio a nivel mundial (una ONG cuya función se viene llevando a cabo desde hace 26 años y que ha tenido resultados exitosos en prácticamente todos los países!).

Hello everybody! 

It turns out that an acquaintance of mine took the decision some time ago to create a project trought one of her passions: to draw. She captured this hobby she had from when she was a child in a series of T-shirts with girls' illustrations with something in common: that girls do not show the face. This was done with the purpose that all of us, somehow, could identify ourselves in them and in the possible emotions that we could feel with them. They transmit many sweetness, naturalness and happiness! That's because the name of its project: 'Vida = Life', that means: naturalness, happiness, optimism, freshness...!

The best thing of all this is that with the benefits of the T-shirts, collaborates with the project that ROTARIA FOUNDATION carries out to eradicate the Polio on a global scale (an ONG which function has being carried out for 26 years and that has had successful results in practically all the countries!).

LASHES OF LONDON

El otro día llegó a mi casa este vestido de Lashes of London  con el fin de que os lo enseñara! Se trata de un vestido "Colour Block" en negro, rosa y blanco; perfectamente combinable, y con una textura que le da un vuelo súper ligero (como intento mostrar en las fotos :-p). En la página web de la marca tienen un montón de vestidos parecidos y de otros estilos, pero todos muy femeninos y veraniegos! 

Ya es agosto! Voy a estar un poco out este mes pero seguiré actualizando, al menos, semanalmente!

Por ciertooooo, necesito un informático porque tengo problemas con mi URL, y el redireccionamiento del blog...! alguien sabe de ésto???

The other day I received this Lashes of London dress, so I could show it to you! It's a 'Colour Block' dress in black, pink and white; perfectly combinable, and with a very light texture (wich I try to show in the pictures :-p ). On their website you could find lots of similar dresses and other styles, but all very feminine!

It's already August! I'm going to be a little out this month but I will continue updating, at least weekly!

Oh!, I need an internet specialist because I have problems with my URL, and the redirection of the blog...! Anyone knows about this??
