¡Qué me gusta descubrir sitios nuevos en Barcelona o relativamente cerca! En este caso tuve la oportunidad de acompañar al equipo de prensa que viajó a Narbonne para cubrir un reportaje sobre Les Grands Buffets y su creador, Louis Privat.
Salimos con los compañeros de Tryptic Comunicación y Nius Diario con Renfe SNCF, en un cómodo viaje que duró apenas dos horas. Comentar que RENFE
y SNCF se han unido para ofrecer el mejor servicio, permitiendo
conectar grandes ciudades con una nueva dimensión internacional con reducciones
muy importantes de tiempo en los viajes.
Al finalizar el trayecto; una visita por la acogedora ciudad de Narbona y directos para Les Grands Buffets.
Les Grands Buffets se ha convertido como un lugar indispensable y un reclamo turístico propio en la región de l'Occitane, donde poder disfrutar de las recetas más antiguas de la cocina tradicional francesa dónde poder degustar uno de los Buffets de quesos más grandes, un sinfín de mariscos, en defintiva, saborear sin límite una minuciosa selección de recetas de la cocina tradicional francesa y endulzarse con más de 100 postres elaborados por un Maestro Pastelero, todo ello, en una decoración única, cuidada y que nos transporta al tiempo de la época de la burguesía de la zona.
Disfruté como una enana, aunque ni en una semana podría conseguir probarlo todo... y me quedé con muchas ganas... ¡lo cual implica que tendré que volver seguro!
ENG: I DO love to discover new places in Barcelona or relatively nearby! And, in this case I had the opportunity to share a nice journey with the press team that travelled to Narbonne to cover a report on Les Grands Buffets and its creator, Louis Privat.
We went out with our colleagues from Tryptic Comunicación and Nius Diario with Renfe SNCF, in a comfortable trip that lasted barely two hours. Must mention that RENFE and SNCF have joined to offer the best service, allowing to connect big cities with a new international dimension with very important reductions of time in the trips.
At the end of the journey, a visit to the cozy city of Narbonne and direct to Les Grands Buffets.
Les Grands Buffets has become an indispensable place and a tourist attraction of its own in the region of l'Occitane, where you can enjoy the oldest recipes of traditional French cuisine and taste one of the largest cheese buffets, endless seafood products, in definitive, to taste without limit a meticulous selection of recipes of the French traditional kitchen and to be sweetened with more than 100 desserts elaborated by a Pastry Master, all it, in a unique, taken care of decoration and that transports us to the time of the epoch of the bourgeoisie of the zone.
I enjoyed myself so much with the food and the place, although not even in a week could I get to try it all... which means I'll have to come back for sure!
